What is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo, an ancient Korean martial art, with a history spanning over 2,000
years. Taekwondo translates to the "art of foot and hand. This art of kicks,
punches, blocks, dodges, jumps, twists, and turns provides a fantastic way to stay
in shape, improve your health, increase your strength, build your confidence,
relieve stress in your life through proper breath control, and have the confidence
to defend yourself, if need be.

Henrich's U.S. Taekwondo has much more to offer than a simple kick or
punch. The art teaches us the importance of discipline and respect. After we
understand this, then goals in our lives that seem impossible can truly become
possible! Below are just some of the values that children, teens, and adults will
receive in our classes.
