"Self Confidence is your best self-defense"

Master Paul Henrich
Master Paul Henrich is ranked 5th degree black belt
in Taekwondo and is a 1988 graduate of Fort Osage High
School. Starting the journey of Taekwondo at the age of
12 years old became a strong foundation of discipline.
This structure included patience, self-control, humility,
respect, and mental & physical strength. These positive
qualities of Taekwondo were great keys to help improve
his confidence. At the same time he was taught that all of
life's victories do not come easy, but are dedications of
focus, hard work and a lot of sweat! These lessons from
his Master (Grandmaster Ri Kon Ko) were very valuable
for the tough and painful obstacles life sometimes dealt
him.
It is true that through the last 25 years of learning
Taekwondo, dedication to the hard training, feeling the
experience of tournament competitions, and even the
opportunity to train in South Korea and Japan have been
priceless assets in his life. The greatest part of his
experience is helping his students with their discipline on
their journey through the great Art of Taekwondo!
