Looking at getting that body in shape!  Yes, toning those muscles,
lowering those measurements to where they should be and at the
same time relieving stress while taking positive steps toward a
more healthy lifestyle! Our
Aerobic Cardio-Kick program offers
these benefits and more, of course these benefits are a huge part
of  the Art of Taekwondo but some of us aren't ready or interested
in learning Taekwondo yet, so this is a great alternative to getting
some of those benefits. This 50 min. class consist of combinations
of low & medium impact stretching, kicking, boxing,,jumping and
strength building,all to the fun of music!

Class Times are Mon, Wed  and Saturdays!
