more healthy lifestyle! Our Aerobic Cardio-Kick program offers
these benefits and more, of course these benefits are a huge part
of Martial Arts, but some of us aren't ready or interested in learning
Taekwondo yet, so this is a great alternative to getting some of
those benefits. This 50 min. class consist of combinations of low &
medium impact stretching, kicking, boxing,,jumping and strength
building,all to the fun of music!
