Class Schedule

Taekwondo, a Korean martial art, is a combination of Japanese hard-style karate, Chinese soft-style Kung-Fu, and strict Korean discipline. Taekwondo gained its name in 1955 and serves as one of the largest spreading martial arts in the world today! Taekwondo means ” the art of hand and foot.”

  • 4:30 – 5:20 pm – White Belt – Children

  • 5:20- 6:15 pm – Yellow – Purple – Children

  • 6:15 – 7:00 pm – Weapons Training

  • 7:00- 8:00 pm – White – Purple – Adults/Family

Tuesday

  • 8:00 – 9:00 am – All Belts

  • 4:30 – 5:20 pm – White – Green – Children

  • 5:20 – 6:15 pm – Purple – Black – Children

  • 6:15 – 7:15 pm – Advanced – Adults/Family

  • 7:20 - 8:00 pm - Cardio Kickboxing

Wednesday

  • 12:30-1:15 pm – Little Tigers*

  • 4:30 – 5:20 pm – White Belt – Children

  • 5:20- 6:15 pm – Yellow – Purple – Children
